Pass Through Provisioning would allow supported Provisioning Plugins (eg: Password Provisioner) to immediately provision an Authenticator without maintaining state in the Registry database. This could be used with deployments that don't want to cache passwords (eg preferring to keep them only in a KDC) or for deployments that only use Registry to set an initial password.
