Configure API Source Endpoint does not save

      Attempting to configure an API Source Endpoint (e.g. /registry-pe/api-connector/api-source-endpoints/edit/1) results in an alert in the UI with no error in the log:
      “Please recheck these fields: 0: Record not found in table `api_sources`.”
