In at least two places (CopyTrait::copy and TableMetaTrait::fixCloneForeignKeys), Cake is unable to convert plugin data to entities, presumably because it can't figure out the fully qualified Plugin.Model path. In both cases, local code can figure this out and convert the entities on the fly, but it may be worth investigating the root cause (eg, are paths specified correctly?).
