Tab navigation resolves wrong ID for plugin model index links

      When navigating via the Properties tab on a plugin configuration page (e.g. CoreEnroller.AttributeCollectors), the generated index link uses a stale/archived record ID instead of the current live record ID, resulting in a 404/error.
