Verify authz failure behavior

    Description

      Weird stuff happens if user doesn't have an authz (ie: member or admin)

      • Can view org_person/index (but shouldn't be able to)
      • Otherwise redirects to /gears (but should get an error message instead, and maybe redirect to menu)
      • Gets old login page (login as identifier where cm_identifiers.login=false)
