    Description

      Allow (at a CO Setting level) the configuration of which name fields are displayed and collected. (This wouldn't change the underlying data model, just the UI.) Potential valid combinations include

      Given (but how would this work with Given+Family required?)
      Given/Family
      Given/Middle/Family
      Given/Family/Suffix
      Given/Middle/Family/Suffix
      Title/Given/Family
      Title/Given/Family/Suffix
      Title/Given/Middle/Family
      Title/Given/Middle/Family/Suffix
