User removed from CO members group when removed from a group

On the LARPP deployment, in LARPP CO, when CO person Scott Test Koranda (id = 83) is in the admin group for the CO, and then removes a CO Person from group larpp-consent and then adds the person back (as member only) to group larpp-consent the user is removed from the CO members group.

See the history record for CO Person id = 97 to see that behavior recorded. It was also verified by looking at the group membership view.

Note that reconciling the members group fixes the inconsistency.

Also note that the CO Person Scott Test Koranda is an admin for the CO but is NOT a platform admin.
