Invalid key type used when reading/writing SSH DSA public keys

When reading SSH DSA public keys, the COmanage Registry expects the key type to be set to "ssh-dsa" instead of "ssh-dss". Likewise, when the Registry writes SSH public keys to LDAP, it writes SSH DSA public keys using a key type of "ssh-dsa" instead of "ssh-dss".
