Organizational Identity Sources

    Description

      Replace Organization model with OrganizationalIdentitySource, a pluggable model (similar to Provisioners) used to link external organizational identity sources to the Platform. Example backends: LDAP, CIFER API, SQL, Generic REST.

      These will likely need to be defined at the CMP level, since Org Identities can be pooled across COs.
