Replace drop-down menus with an accessible menu system

    Description

      The current menu system should be updated to ensure the best accessibility. It is currently based on Superfish, and while reasonably good, newer systems with stronger keyboard and WCAG accessibility compliance are now available.

      is a very promising alternative offered under the Apache 2.0 license.
