Asynchronous "Reprovision All"

    Description

      For larger populations and/or larger numbers of groups, waiting for the synchronous "Reprovision All" AJAX calls to process can take a while. An alternate approach might be to register an event in the asynchronous queues and then periodically check in on the progress.

      An interim approach might be a shell command.
