reconcileCouMembersGroupMemberships Does Not Handle Delete

    Description

      reconcileCouMembersGroupMemberships does not handle afterDelete() properly, since $data is NULL and if the current code can't find the CO Person ID it will bail.

      Perhaps $this->id is still valid and can be used to pull the correct CO Person ID?
