Description
Implement attribute election strategies (probably at the CO Settings level, not Pipelines) to resolved single valued attributes from multiple sources. Initial candidates include:
- Primary Name (UI already available in CO Settings)
- Primary Affiliation (new attribute, could then be exported to eduPersonPrimaryAffiliation)
Strategies include Manual, FIFO, LIFO, and Hierarchy. Manual would allow admin or perhaps self service, whereas FIFO would not. Hierarchy would require a hierarchy (of org identity sources for name? co person roles for affiliation?) to be specified.
