Create group throws error when run by admin

When a platform admin creates a group for a CO that the admin is not a member of, this error is thrown:

Query failed: ERROR: null value in column "co_person_id" violates not-null constraint

This is because the admin doesn't have a co person id when the controller tries to set them as the default owner of the group.
