Improve Handling of CO Pipeline Role Status Sync

    Description

      CoPipeline::syncOrgIdentityToCoPerson currently sets all roles to Active. However, it should use the same logic as CoPersonRole::afterSave (setting to Pending future valid from date or Expired if past valid through date).
