LdapProvisioner For Mailing Lists

    Description

      This could be changes to the current LdapProvisioner, or a new MailingListProvisioner (like for Mailman or Sympa).

      Details might vary according to the MTA supported. eg: documentation for Postfix: http://www.postfix.org/LDAP_README.html

      Probably need to consider differentiating different type of email addresses (ie: display vs delivery) for provisioning purposes, and maybe use separate attributes (eg CO-835).
