Jump To Page on Index Views

    Description

      Paginated index views should offer a "jump to page" option, in addition to the current

      prev 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 next

      option. ie: It should be possible to jump directly to page 17 (probably by typing "17" into a form element).
