LdapProvisioner Should Warn When No Scope Specified

    Description

      If an attribute requiring scope (eduPersonScopedAffiliation, eduPersonUniqueId, etc) is enabled but Attribute Scope is empty, a warning should be displayed. Or at least always display an informational message that Scope must be specified.
