sorid limit of 40 characters in cm_org_identity_source_records too small

The org_identity_source_records table currently is defined in schema.xml with

<field name="sorid" type="C" size="40" />

That is not large enough to accomodate a SORID created by EnvSource pulling the value from ENV_OIS_SORID in the environment where the value has been populated with the combination of an ePPN and ePTID sent by an IdP.

This prevents enrollments with EnvSource for deployments leveraging eduGAIN.
