Private vs Public Groups

    Description

      CoGroup should support a private/public (or private/member/public) flag that constrains visibility in the "All Groups" listing. (Or maybe use similar Visibility logic to eg CoService.) Note this is different from open/closed (ie: self signup), so one could have a public, closed group (but probably not an open, private one).
