EnvSource with Self Signup Cannot Verify Email

    Description

      In a self signup flow using EnvSource, the recommendation is to not collect Org Identity attributes, since the OIS will create an Org Identity. However, email verification during enrollment works only with the Org Identity email, so Email Confirmation Mode cannot be used.

      One option might be to verify email addresses attached to the CO Person record, if present.
