User clicks Login. 

User authenticates to IdP.

User gets message 'The identifier "eppn-of-this-user@this.users.idp" is not registered. If your request for enrollment is still being processed, you will not be able to login until it is approved. Please contact an administrator for assistance.'

This page has no option to log out. This is a problem. A link to the logout handler (https://url-to-comanage/registry/auth/logout) would be very useful to let the user log back out.
