plugin to expose web server CGI environment and/or headers

Mike Manske has requested a way for COmanage Registry to expose the information it has access to in the webserver CGI environment and/or HTTP headers to aid in troubleshooting and debugging.

For example, the Shibboleth SP software includes a URL endpoint .../Shibboleth.sso/Session that can display the attributes that Shibboleth has for the user.

But not all COmanage Registry deployments use Shibboleth, and even when it is used it can still be helpful to know information COmanage Registry has access to in the CGI environment and/or headers.

This can probably be done easily with a plugin that could be part of the Available Plugins.
