LDAPProvisioner throws exception when DN does not exist and attribute options enabled

If attribute options is enabled for the LDAP Provisioner and the DN for a CoPerson record does not exist in the LDAP directory then a provision of the CoPerson record causes an exception to be thrown and the record is not provisioned to the LDAP directory.
