ADOdb Fails To Create Attributes Table

    Description

      ADOdb apparently is now failing to create the attributes table (and therefore also attribute_rules), possibly because it is confused by the information_schema.attributes table (which shouldn't otherwise affect operations).

      This is probably a good excuse to switch over to DBAL, as used by Registry PE.
