Plugins cannot send invitations through CoInvite

The CoInvite send method creates an INVITE_URL using the Router::url method, but does not set the Plugin attribute. This makes the Router take the current Plugin as default, which results in invite_urls into the Plugin route, instead of directly into the CoInviteController
