OrgIdentity duplication fails

The implementation of the OrgIdentity::duplicate method fails to correctly duplicate OrgIdentities.

Assumedly, this method is on the list to be removed, because it seems to be only used to 'unpool' COs, a feature which is not supported anymore. However, our use case uses OrgIdentities attached to a template CO to be duplicated on a per-OrgIdentity basis to instantiated templates, so using this method saves implementing the same code in an external object.
