Global localization variables in COManage

    Description

      While trying to set a couple of *global* localization variables in COManage, i understood this is not possible.

      What i mean is that as an admin i want to add localization variables in the COManage's default CO and expect  to find this variables everywhere. Nevertheless, this is not happening.

      It would make sense if the localization variables created in comanage's default CO(the platform CO):

      • were global even for home(display) page
      • overwritten in the scope of a CO
