Add search by email in CoPerson's REST API

    Description

      There is demand for fetching CoPerson id that match certain criteria through the REST API. Currently only given and family name are supported(see documentation. In this ticket we will extend the Match endpoint of CoPerson's API. We will refactor the code to make it more dynamic and we will add the user's email as a query parameter.
