Description

When a version 3.2.x deployment is upgraded to version 3.3.0 (the current develop) Identifier Assignment objects that in 3.2.x where used for CO People have the Context set in version 3.3.0 to CO Department.

Additionally the index view for CoIdentifierAssignments shows the Context column as 'Array'.
