Improve edit/manage group interface

    Description

      The group interface can be improved to allow editing of membership, ownership, and nested groups directly on the group interface without the need to jump to sub-pages for managing these items. Search-as-you-type fields and better filtering can improve data entry for and searches of group membership.

      Presentation can also be improved up to make the interface more readable.
