Enable unauthenticated SMTP relay in COM container

We need to enable unauthenticated SMTP relay for COM, but if SMTP credentials are not supplied to the container, it uses default credentials for email.php (user: account@gmail.com, pwd: password), which are unknown to our SMTP relay, and email is not sent.
