Group members of Closed groups can not perform action View

    Description

      If a user is a member of a Closed Group must have access to View page. Currently, these users get Permission denied if they try to access this view.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. CO-1880 COU admin can not edit COU admins group
