Docker COMANAGE_REGISTRY_EMAIL_ACCOUNT_PASSWORD not consumed properly

For the Docker images the COMANAGE_REGISTRY_EMAIL_ACCOUNT_PASSWORD environment variable is not being consumed correctly and populating the password in Config/email.php.
