Nesting with and boolean logic depends on order of configuration

If one creates a group and checks "Require All for Nested Memberships" and then adds two source groups the appropriate AND is done and the members of the new group are only those that are members of both source groups.

If one creates a group and does NOT check "Require All for Nested Memberships" and then adds two source groups, the members of the new group are those in either of the source groups. If one then later checks "Require All for Nested Memberships" the membership does NOT change, that is the re-calculation of membership using the boolean AND is not done.
