Primary Groups Not Auto-Created For All Unix Accounts

If there are three Unix Clusters defined to create for a CO Person, and all are set to Create a New Group For Each Account, only the first account created will get a primary group. The other accounts should link to the same primary group (and get a UnixClusterGroup attached).
