Valid Through Date in Pipelines

Pipelines should have a configuration option to set a valid_through date on the associated CO Person Role when the Org Identity is removed. (This would correspond to the "Role Status on Delete" configuration.) This would make it possible to place the record into Grace Period status and then have an Expiration Policy run several days later (X days after expiration) that converts the Role to Expired status.

As an initial implementation, the value could simply be set to the date/time when the Pipeline is run, and perhaps only if there is not already a valid_through date associated with the Role.
