Require Lowercase Matchgrid Names

If a new matchgrid is created using all caps (eg: ALLCAPSGRID), the matchgrid can be built, and the database queried via command line tools, however Display Records complains the matchgrid table cannot be found.

This might be due to some case sensitive code somewhere in the framework, but it might also make sense to lowercase the matchgrid name since that's how Postgres will refer to it.
