Error during enrollment flow causing an interruption: Undefined variable $vv_petition_token and $vv_co_petiton_id

    Description

      A user's enrollment was interrupted during an enrollment flow, after inspecting the logs during that time, I was able to find an error (log attached).

       

      Can someone please help me understand what might be happening here so I can debug further?
