Error Message With Email Verification Email

Using the latest TAP Container image, we have a standard invitation Enrollment Flow (configured with Email Verification). The container does not have outgoing email correctly configured, so we expect email delivery to fail. The attached error message has two issues:

1. The deprecation warning
2. The phrase "Email verification request sent" implies sending was successful, when it couldn't have been
