Implement a "Copy this value" icon/link

    Description

      A "Copy" button/icon should appear on hover/active states for MVEAs and index views where appropriate. This button should provide just the value to the end-user clipboard. The first place to implement this is in the "Enroll" view for selecting the "Begin" enrollment link.
