Add 'View' option to complex pages

I believe in old old versions of the product 'View' was an option, like the enrollment flows and attributes, LDAP configuration, etc. This was once when you wanted to look at something and did not want to screw it up accidentally. For example, if you wanted to configure a new instance while looking at an existing. I know there is no autosave on the form or save when a field is altered, but knowing you won't jack it up is a comfort.
