hasMember and member attributes on groupOfNames not updated for Expired CO Person

When a CO Person record changes from status Active to Expired, the isMemberOf attribute on the person record in LDAP is appropriately updated, but the corresponding member and hasMember attributes on the corresponding groupOfNames records (reflecting the CO Group memberships) is not updated.

The expectation of the LSST (Vera Rubin Observatory) project is that since the isMemberOf attribute on the person record changes there should be a change in the member and hasMember attributes for the groupOfNames object for consistency.
