CMP Admins may not have petition updates logged correctly

    Description

      If a CMP Admin approves or denies a petition for a CO that the CMP Admin is not a member of, the Approver field is blank, because the code can't find the CMP Admin in the current CO. (This is also true if the CMP Admin creates a petition... Petitioner is blank.)

      The correct solution is for CMP Admins not to execute enrollment flows. However, if they do, it should be logged correctly.
