    Description

      Implement a dashboard to replace the main Registry page (ie: the three columns of blue buttons).

      Functionality should be dynamic according to a person's roles, and would likely include

      • Notifications
      • CO Person Role highlights
      • Directory Entry
      • Services / Applications (CO-75, CO-101)
      • COU populations and available Enrollment Flows
