Delete CO Person Button Improvement

    Description

      If a CO Person has any Person Roles attached, the CO Person record cannot be deleted. The UI doesn't show a delete button.

      A better experience might be to offer a delete button, but then display an error that the CO Person Role must be deleted first. (Org Identities currently work this way if any CO People are attached to the Org Identity.)
