Sidebar Rendering

The sidebar is not fixed in position, and as such when there is really wide main content, the sidebar renders below the main content rather than next to it. Two example screenshots are attached.

(1) Editing an enrollment flow is always wide.
(2) Tabbing through a CO Person record (especially with a wide title) causes the tab width to change, which causes the sidebar to move, in this case to the bottom of the page. Even when the problem is less egregious, the sidebar can still move horizontally, meaning a button isn't always in the same place.
