Error on creating new CO admin

Log in as platform admin, [create new org person, invite to co,] then create admin group to add new co person to as initial coadmin. Error is thrown because person creating group is platform admin and coordinate tries to make them an owner and member, but that fails because the platform admin is not a member of the new CO.
