Co Navigation Links "Reorder Attrbutes" throws "No CO" error

    Description

      Clicking the "Reorder Attributes" link from
      /registry/co_navigation_links/index/co:someCoNumber throws
      Error: [InvalidArgumentException] No CO Specified

      But the CO appears to be passed in. The link is built in the sidebar of
      app/View/CoNavigationLinks/index.ctp
