Use names in breadcrumbs where appropriate (and other minor breadcrumb improvements)

    Description

      Breadcrumbs use "CO Person" and "Organizational Identity" strings as placeholders for the name of the co person or org id being acted upon. An appropriate display name should be used instead to make it unambiguous who is being acted upon.

      Also:

      • We could use a named parameter for co person id when editing an SSH key
      • Check the treatment of breadcrumbs on petitions - could possibly be improved
